Death by bodyweight
This workout is the real deal. It is the ultimate bodyweight challenge and consists of three big movements when it comes to putting the body to the test. Squats, push – ups and sit – ups are what make up the workout and with everyone’s LOVE/ HATE move, the burpee thrown in you are sure to be left gasping for air on the floor after this session.
- 100 squats
- 100 push ups
- 100 sit ups
*Every minute on the minute perform 5 burpees before continuing the sequence again.
Participants move through the sequence, performing 100 reps of each exercise as quickly as possible while maintaining correct technique throughout. No matter where you are up to in the exercise each minute on the minute participants perform 5 burpees before continuing on with the exercise sequence again. Don’t lose count now…
Once you have completed the first 100 reps move straight on to the next movement and repeat until finished.
