We start with a free consultation where we discuss what you hope to achieve during your time with us. We will get an idea of your fitness and strength levels, and discuss what sort of program would fit into your budget and lifestyle. If you are comfortable we will go through your kitchen cupboards and fridge to get an idea of diet weaknesses so we can ensure all areas of life are working towards the success of the commitment you have made to positive change.

One on One Personal Training

  • $80 – Session conducted in our Belmore studio or Peel Park Belmore
    Includes 1 hour One on One training session + basic home exercise guidance.
  • $100 – Mobile Service*
    Includes 1 hour One on One training session + basic home exercise guidance.
  • $100 – Pairs Session conducted in our Belmore studio or Peel Park Belmore
    Includes 1 hour training session for 2 people + basic home exercise guidance.
  • Warrior 10 Pack:
    Pay up front for 10 One on One Personal Training Sessions and save 5%
  • Warrior 20 Pack:
    Pay up front for 20 One on One Personal Training Sessions and save 10%

Warrior FIT BOOTCAMP

Mixed group training, classes will be a mixture of indoor and outdoor sessions

  • Up to 16 participants per class, $15 per session
  • Monday – Thursday evening 6.30pm to 7.30pm
  • Saturday mornings at 8am

Warrior Tribes (Families)

Based on 4 people, format can vary depending on participants ages

  • First session $250
    Two hours that includes fitness testing, goal setting, nutrition and home exercise guidance.
  • Follow up sessions $150
    80 minute session that includes 60 minutes workout and 20 minutes to review your progress, answer any questions family members may have and talk through the next program.

Aqua Fitness

If your thoughts of Aqua Exercise are picturing elderly women in one piece swimming suits and floral swimming caps then think again.

Water workouts are the perfect solution for a fun and exciting way of keeping fit and are for all ages as well as for male and females.

This type of workout is also perfect for those who want to mix up their training routine. The resistance provided by the water means you’ll get a great all over body workout.

Aqua exercise is low impact, so this method of workout is ideal if you‘re coming back from an injury or have regular muscular or joint pain.

  • Cost: 30 minute session $45
    Price includes entry into the pool.

Rehab = Hydrotherapy Treatment

Hydrotherapy is the use of water in the treatment of disease or injury.

  • Hydrotherapy is used to treat many illnesses and conditions in people of all ages including;
    – Arthritis
    – Headaches
    – Joint, muscle and nerve problems
    – Stress
    – Post injury treatments
    – Those suffering sudden or chronic pain

    Canterbury Aquatic and Fitness Centre, Phillips Avenue Canterbury
  • Cost: $45.
    Price includes pool entry.
    Hydrotherapy sessions are conducted by appointment only and run for a duration of half an hour.
